We do have snow occasionally in South Texas. We had what we call a good snow in 2008.
The goldfish did not seem to mind. I think the water was still fairly warm. They usually stay on the bottom in cold weather.
The light on a showy morning is different from any other morning. So clean and bright. This is my back yard one morning in 2008. Everyone was caught by surprise. My plants are still green, the poor banana trees crushed and frozen.
