Yesterday was a sunny day. The last one before another bout of rain arrives. I cannot complain about the rain because we got so little of it last summer. A little fairy perched on my birdbath and is patiently waiting for warmer and greener days.

She is reading to pass the time while the water reflects the bare branches and blue sky. It looks like there are goldfish in the birdbath but it is only brown leaves. I wonder what she is reading?
This little girl is one of my favorite outdoor ornaments. She looks like my youngest when she was a little girl.
